Lu was born in 1952.She lives between Milan and Florence but “between” is the place where she spends most of her time. 　　She plays with music and words since ever untill pleasure becomes work. In the sixties and seventies Lu sings and plays the guitar with various groups and starts her careeer in the music business writing soundtracks and disco music and singing for advertising. 　　Lu loves dancing but likes and experiments folk and world music 　　She becomes part of the sountrak of the eighties with the songs Maracaibo Dance all nite and Rimini Ouagadougou 　　Lu also works as a painter and decorator and partecipated in several projects of restauration all over the world. 　　After a long break of meditation and musical research she confirm herself as a writer,singer and producer with the album L’uovo di Colombo 　　Her new album is the celebration of Joaquin Sabina’s songs. Sabina is a very famous artist in Spain and Latin America who mixes differend styles of music 　　and atmosphere with intense and poetic lyrics. 　　Sabina’s world is close to Lu’s world and she finds a new rough voice in order to enphatize the meanings of the songs. 　　Sergio Sacchi gets involved in the translations and in the artistic production. 　　Lu forms a trio and leaves to Camargue to the Gitan festival to perform a video and then starts the live concerts. 　　The adventure of “Much more than a good reason”"molto piu' di un buon motivo"has started.
