台湾音乐人，同时也是「风籁坊」与「林已翔 & Shell Echo」的吉他手主唱。大学时期最早于「旅梵乘 The Diamond Vehicles」担任主唱摸索创作，活动于淡水、公馆一带的乐团演出。他的音乐揉合了童谣、河洛语叙事民谣、六七零年代英美民谣、根音乐、另类乡村、迷幻噪音等尝试，作品风貌不一。 　　近期作品「所有的眼睛都给你」民谣专辑，采集十九世纪浪漫主义超越者「亨利希.海涅」的诗篇，以简粹吉他伴奏随行，表现了海涅诗语中特有的纤细柔情与黑色幽默，超越时光的美丽与失落。此张专辑以类比盘带全程直录，制作人「王昱辰」客串钢琴与合成器伴奏，艾比路录音室「Alex Wharton」类比盘带后制。 　　The Taiwanese singer-songwriter I-Siang Lin is currently the guitar player and vocalist in “Windmill” and “I-Siang Lin & Shell Echo.” His first band during his student era was “The Diamond Vehicles,” where he began writing songs and playing music in Tamsui and the Gongguan district of Taipei City. His music exhibits various influences from various musical forms, styles, and periods, including children folk rhymes, Hoklo narrative folk songs, 60s and 70s American and British folk songs, alternative country and roots music, Indie, psychedelic shoe-gaze, etc. 　　The latest acoustic album "Les Yeux Overts" consists of collected poems from the 19th century romantic transcendentalist German poet Christian Johann Heinrich Heine. The songs, accompanied with simple acoustic guitar, manifest qualities inherent in Heine’s best work: a fragile tenderness, a dark sense of humor, and a timeless sense of beauty and loss. This album was recorded in all analogue/directly to audio tape with producer Yu-chain Wang, who is featured on piano and synthesizer. The tape was mastered by Alex Wharton at Abbey Road Studios.
