Honing their punchy sound on this sophmore effort, this Seattle quartet offers up some catchy power-pop tunes. But the pleasantly jangly guitar ethic can't mask a lack of real substance to the songs. Tunes like "Complicated" and "Been Hurt" feature decent hooks, but don't really offer the substance that warrants repeated listening.
