"Cherish" is definitely their signature ballad, as it received tons of airplay during the ´80´s and still frequents old school radio stations as well. Its cross-over appeal to a variety of audiences made it a huge hit in its time. "Joanna" was another hit that hit the radio frequently in the early ´80´s, but didn´t quite it the public market like the aforementioned hit.
