Gary Moore had time for a couple cups of tea with Irish rockers Thin Lizzy in the mid 1970s before carving out a successful solo career in Europe as a rock guitar hero. This decade he´s emphasizing his long-festering love for blues, first with Charisma´s best-selling Still Got the Blues and then this equally pleasing album. While his singing has little depth or personality, his guitar plumbs slow blues like Duster Bennett´s "Jumpin´ at Shadows" with concern and caprioles effectively next to Albert Collins´s in a busy arrangement of Little Milton´s "The Blues Is Alright
