Loona (born Marie-Jose van der Kolk on September 16, 1973 in IJmuiden) is a Dutch female singer. 　　 　　Also known as Carisma, Loona is a female artist who performed the lyrics to DJ Sammy's hit Boys of Summer and also other songs from the same artist. She also records her own songs, such as the hit Bailando or Baila mi ritmo. 　　 　　She also sings Hijo de la Luna which is a song by Mecano and became a number one hit in Germany. 　　 　　Loona is married to DJ Sammy.
