It is a moving and inspiring ballad, written by Diane Warren and Michael Bolton, with chilling vocals by Tommy Page and powerful backup by Bolton. The rest of the album doesn't live up to that promise. For all of its old-fashioned nobility and soothing instrumentals, it is surprisingly lacking in personality. There is no mistaking that voice, but with so much filler, the occassional spark like "Can't Get You Outta My Mind" reminds us only of what the rest of From the Heart is lacking.
