English pop singer-songwriter Alexa Goddard is finally back to the music spotlight with brand new single “We Broke the Sky“. 　　This new song arrives after the promotion of her latest single “So There“ released in 2014 and is confirmed as another taste of her upcoming debut album due out later this year via Nation Records. 　　“We Broke the Sky” shows a more mature side of the artist moving away from the teen pop sound of her latest releases. It’s an uptempo ballad with influences from Drum & Bass and where Goddard shows her vocal potential. 　　The new single is scheduled to be released on digital retailers on August 28th. The music video directed by Carly Cussen was premiered through Vevo on July 1st. 　　A special new version of the single with the collaboration of London-based rapper Yungen was premiered on July 16th. That version will be included on the upcoming remixes EP.
