简介: 《Living For The Weekend》作为The Saturdays的第四张专辑,单曲“What About Us”"30 Days" "Gentleman"都在排行榜取得了不错的成绩。在今年年初乐团正式签到Island Def Jam 和 Mercury Records,就知道野心不小,瞄准的是美国市场,之初还特意发行了EP《Chasing The Saturdays》一探市场。(By XIAMI) “Living for the Weekend” is the upcoming fourth studio album by English-Irish girl band The Saturdays. It’s scheduled for release in October 14th via Fascination Records. The album comes after finishing the promotion of their debut in the US music market with the EP “Chasing The Saturdays” that was released on iTunes on 28 January, 2013 and the lead single “What About Us“. The song, whose international/European version has the collaboration of Jamaican dancehall artist Sean Paul was released in the UK on March 17 via Polydor Records as the lead single from the album. The second single was the track “Gentleman“, released in 30 June. The third single is the song “Disco Love” that’s scheduled for release on 7 October. Among the confirmed songs on the album are: ”30 Days“, the promo buzz single released in May 2012, “Leave a Light On” produced by The Jam and ”Somebody Else’s Life” written by The Saturdays with the collaboration of Charlie Holmes, Lucie Silvas and Judie Tzuke, the last was the main theme of her American reality-documentary television series “Chasing the Saturdays“. On August 31, the girls confirmed two new songs: ”Not Giving Up” is a song teased on an episode of “Chasing The Saturdays“. It’s probably the album’s biggest up-tempo dance number and it’s completely infectious. According they, is the next “All Fired Up” or “What About Us“; and ”Lease My Love” is a song that was recorded over in LA produced by Darkchild (who’s worked with Lady Gaga, Destiny’s Child and Michael Jackson) with some BIG vocals that build up to a powerful finish. It’s a such a different-sounding track.
