It's the first collaboration between Hilary Hahn and Hauschka.Silfra is the culmination of a two-year exploratory improvisation project by Grammy Award-winning American violinist Hilary Hahn and prepared-piano master and innovator Volker Bertelmann (Hauschka). 　　The music on this ambitious and free-spirited collection is a tribute to the Silfra rift in Iceland, an otherworldly landscape that inspired the two musicians to create a body of work that is evocative, hypnotic and truly breathtaking.
