Paranoia: A True Story is the debut extended play (EP) by American rapper Dave East. It was released on August 18, 2017, by Def Jam Recordings and Mass Appeal Records. This EP will serve as a prelude towards Dave East's debut studio album. The EP's lead single, "Perfect", was released on July 28, 2017. The EP features guest appearances from Nas, Jeezy, Wiz Khalifa, French Montana and Chris Brown.
