After returning to her roots with her twisted single “Final Warning,” Skylar Grey picks things up a bit with the premiere of new single “Wear Me Out“! The track serves as the third official single off her upcoming debut Don’t Look Down, due out July 9. Written by Skylar herself and produced by J. R. Rotem, “Wear Me Out” could possibly be the best thing we’ve heard from her yet. The track is lighter than most of her material but the unamused demeanor is still in tack and her haunting voice is on point laced over the piano-driven number. I’m getting some serious Fiona Apple and Lana Del Rey vibes from this one – I’m into it. What do you guys think?
