简介: We grew up in the 60's listening to the Blues. We also listened to Rock and Roll of the 50's such as Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley. The bands of the 60's we enjoy listening to is The Beatles, The Doors and Jimi Hendrix. The bands of the 70's we like to listen to is The Allman Brothers, The Eagles, and ZZ Top. The bands of the 80's we like to listen to is The Black Crowes, Guns 'n ' Roses, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The bands of the 90's we like to listen to is Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and The Smashing Pumpkins. As a middle school student in the 70's a group of guy's and I entered a talent show and played Deep Purple's, Smoke On The Water. What band has not attempted to play this one? Needless to say we one the talent show. During the 80's a couple of my good friends and I played in several night clubs. We played mostly cover's and slowly integrated the blues as the night progressed. During the 90's we concentrated more on playing the blues. We played in B flat most of the time because of our horn player. We played in one night club where we invited musicians off the street to sit in with us. I can remember one musician that sat in with us. He was a harmonica player. Man that guy split atoms with that thing! I will never forget what he could do with that harp. As you can imagine we brought the house down that night! This album is a wave of timeless party jam influenced by many great bands from the past to the present. Not to be mistaken for the Austin legend. "Keep ona Rockin!"
