Gianni Morandi is one of the most genuinely likable musicians in the Italian pop genre, crafting blatantly cheesy music without any regrets. The groovy pop of Questa E La Storia: Andavo A Cento All'ora sounds excellent, he does everything from make his own charismatic pop tracks to cover Neil Diamond. With thirty songs of solid Italian pop, this is another excellent album of shamelessly campy music that appeals to any fan of the overblown Italian pop of the 60's.
