Less than a week after debut the incredibly-brief new song “Parasite,” Volbeat have returned with a more substantial single, called “Leviathan,” and actual news regarding their new album: it’ll be called Rewind, Replay, Rebound, and it will be drop August 2 on Republic Records. Another sign that I’m mellowing in my old age: I’ve always found Volbeat’s brand of Danzig-on-Zoloft rock to be irritating, but I rather like “Leviathan.” Maybe I’ll enjoy this entire album! That would be nice.
