Although there are a couple of high points on Thinkin' About You, the record is weighed down with mediocre material and slick, commercially oriented production. Occasionally, Trisha Yearwood's vocals save the day, but there are times where she oversings the songs, giving them emotion they don't deserve. In all, it's one of the few Yearwood albums that can be called a disappointment.
