Oh, Juliet! Oh, thank God something survived Hurricane Katrina. Brought together by the New Orleans' disaster, the Lafayette based band, Oh Juliet! is experimenting with everyone's auditory senses. The five-piece collaboration has scattered influences that are tastefully apparent without being obvious and touch on everything from Police styled guitar lines to vocals that pay homage to Trent Reznor and Anthony Green. Radiohead and Muse are also huge influences for the band across the board. The band formed with the intentions of creating something different then the mainstream, while still still writing tangible music. With their unique sound and intense live performance, Oh, Juliet! is quickly making a name for themselves throughout the southern region, and they dont intend to stop there. An east coast tour is in the works for the summer.
