Sugar Radio indeed is an album of great diversity featuring a host of different instruments such as oboe, msx computers, theremin as well as more conventional instruments as drums, bass, guitar and piano. Above all, each of the eleven songs on Sugar Radio found its very own way to the surface: differing in sound, atmosphere and message, but still, very much, Orange. 　　"Sugar Radio" was received with great enthusiasm by leading Dutch pop-magazines, which paid attention to record company [PIAS]. [PIAS] soon got convinced the Benelux couldn't really do without Orange and their music. Few months later, in August 2002, Orange was offered a distribution-deal and, since they had no doubts signing it, "Sugar Radio" found its way to every record store all over the Benelux.
