What happens when you mix a violin with U2-esque guitars, songwriting compared to Rich Mullins, and a the spirit of a rock band? Iconoclast happens. That's the basis of what started these 4 guys from Texas. After winning the KLTY Rising Star Contest, Iconoclast has hit the ground running. They are booked to open the largest Christian music concert in America, Celebrate Freedom, this summer. They have been in contact with a few record labels and have been busy with their upcoming album. Given their accomplishments, it is hard to believe that this band has only been in existence for a little over a year. Their combination of "rock you out" jams mixed with melodic soul searching songs provides just the right formula for entertainment with depth. The newest release from Iconoclast hits stores July 2nd. It's titled Burn Your Bridges and was produced by David Parker (Chris Tomlin, Shane & Shane)
