Tim Williams, a California musician/educator/recording artist, has been entertaining youngsters ever since his son Jacob was born in 1992. He sings and plays music at many pre-schools, mainly in the Sacramento Valley and surrounding foothills. He and his wife and three children (Molly, Olivia, too) make their home nearby. They love to play music together. 　　 　　His third album, Like A Penguin was inspired by the movie Mark of The Penguins.
