My piano style is based in classical and modern jazz music. I've been playing these songs with the theme of 'Time' for several years,but am singing them for the first time. I'm singing and playing for friends and invite you to listen as a friend.. I think their appeal is a personal and creative interpretation of the lyrics and the piano music as an equal part of each song, not just as accompaniment to the lyrics. This collection has a spiritual message joined to the lyrics. What is original about the recording of these songs is my intention to awaken your soul to see romance on two levels, one to remember those you love who have come into your life for a time or a life time and to see that our Divine Lover is pursuing us with the same energy as our human lovers and friends. The entire song, longer on most tracks than simply presenting the lyrics once, allows for a meditative listening that lifts you out of clock time to a transcendental moment of 'Kairos' time, the time of the moment deep in your heart.
