简介: A LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND ABOUT "FRANKIE KRUPNIK" (FORMERLY KNOWN AS DIZZLE BEATZ) I released my first album" Kush & Krupnik" on April 20, 2011. The whole album was recorded, engineered, mixed & mastered using the demo version of Garage Band and a $200.00 microphone. Considering our inexperience, the album turned out pretty decent and people actually wanted to hear more. My 2nd album "Smoke Sessions" was released on December 20, 2011. This album was recorded, engineered, mixed and mastered in a fully functional recording studio called “Analog Without Borders” which is owned by a good friend of mine - http://www.analogwithoutborders.com/#analog-mixing-mastering-online We spent a lot of time on the production of this album compared to the first one. We recorded live bass, drums, guitars, hand claps/snaps & cello over top of the instrumentals to get that live, gritty feel to the album. My 3rd album "Vocabulary Villain" was released on August 01, 2012 and was also recorded, engineered, mixed & mastered at Analog Without Borders. Our goal for this album was to make a low-fi album with a lot of bottom end that had a "mixtape" feel to it. Less time was spent on the production of the beats. I wanted to keep it pretty simple for the most part and focus more on the lyrical content. Since releasing Vocabulary Villain I have put out 2 music videos for Stylin & Frankie Krupnik (Both songs are off of Vocabulary Villain) and performed numerous small shows in and around Northern Ontario. The 4th album, “Twisted” was also recorded at Analog Without Borders in 2013 and has a pretty dark and comical vibe to the entire album. It was my last project as an MC/artist. I haven’t performed, recorded, or wrote any lyrics since this album but have continued to learn and try to perfect my craft as a music Producer. I am now strictly focused on making instrumentals and am looking for d**e MC's to work with for future projects.
