Los Angeles native Stephanie Spruill is a dynamic, international entertainer, elite vocal coach, artist developer, motivational speaker, author and entrepreneur. Possessing all the necessary experience, technique, and performance skills, Stephanie is a powerful career mentor for the serious artist.
For over 30 years Stephanie has recorded and toured with the industry's biggest artists’ from Julio Iglesias (with whom she toured the world for 5 years) Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Barbra Streisand, Donna Summer, Diana Ross, Billy Idol, Simply Red, Luther Vandross, Talking Heads, to Michael Jackson, Placido Domingo, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias, Maurice White, Kenny Wayne-Shepard, Gino Vanelli, Glen Campbell, Olivia Newton-John, Sadau Watanabe, Yazawa, Juan Gabriel and Quincy Jones. These are just a few of the artists who have benefited both from Stephanie’s vocal and percussion skills…and her expertise as a vocal arranger, either on stage or in the recording studio.
Having toured the 7 continents several times, Stephanie has performed before royalty around the globe. Including the Emperor of Japan, the King and Queen of Spain, the Queen of England at Royal Albert Hall, performances at the White House on several occasions for three different U.S. Presidents.
Several blockbuster movie soundtracks bear Ms. Spruill’s signature voice & acting including: Forrest Gump, What's Love Got to Do with it, Amistad, The Breakfast Club, Dances With Wolves, Rosewood, 40 Year Old Virgin, Happy Feet, Cop Out and the classic film American Hot Wax. She is also starring in a new sitcom pilot, My Sisters and Me. As an accomplished actress, Stephanie has appeared in numerous commercials, films, and prime-time television shows worldwide in four different languages (Spanish, French, Japanese, & English.) Stephanie Spruill, along with her Spruill House Music Choir, was recently a special guest on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to rave reviews.
An accomplished songwriter, Stephanie has written theme songs for movies & hit songs for artists such as: sensational Najee, Vesta, David T. Walker, Jon Lucien. Also, Stephanie wrote the theme song for the Salma Hayek movie," The Velocity of Gary."
In 1994, Stephanie Spruill founded Spruill House Music, Inc. School of Voice and Artist Development, along with her own label, La Pantera Records. Her latest international release is Stephanie Spruill’s “Memoirs”, and a video called “Dejame”.

Stephanie trains students from all over the world. In August 2003 and 2004 she held a successful two-week Master Class teaching established artists in Moscow, artist development and vocal coaching.
