With a strong foundation in Blues he learnt to express himself from a young age as he cut his teeth in bar rooms and festivals. having been in hard rock bands, cover bands blues bands and tribute shows he has a wide variety of influences that combine in a unique style all of his own. You can hear Connors' sound a mile off and know its him. Combine this with a intellectual and socially aware consciousness you have a relevant and entertaining combination. Connor is a unique talent walking that line between rock and blues, funk and jazz, art and politics. in 2013 he was lucky to be included in a film clip with Leo Sayer but still remains independent and creatively free to follow his own musical vision. This enables him to blur genres with a sense of freedom in a way not normally heard but he does it in a way that always holds true to a feeling or emotion that runs as a thread through all his work.
