David Hayes has had a lifelong passion for musical composition and performance. He has been a solo performance artist for over fifteen years, and uses his music to convey his life experiences and healthy passion for an active lifestyle. An avid surfer, traveler, and board sports athlete, David draws from his experiences on the road, in the water, and in the fresh mountain powder to create music that tells a story and is emotionally relevant to his experiences. 　　David has been featured on multiple radio shows in the Midwestern United States, and has played for thousands on college campuses, charity events, and music festivals, but loves nothing more than an intimate setting for a performance, which allows him to interact directly with his audience. 　　In September 2007, David independently released his latest solo album, a sixteen song jewel entitled Peace and Waves, and has moved to Dallas, TX, to promote the album throughout the metroplex, Austin, and the college circuit. David has also made himself into a mainstay at Mammoth Mountain Ski resort in California which has led to many doors being opened for him on the Los Angeles music scene. 　　Also, look for David in the soon to be released full-length movie Unchained Melody which will premier in January 2009, at the Sundance Film Festival. David plays himself in the film and is a main contributor on the upcoming soundtrack to be recorded in Fall 2008 in Los Angeles.
