This album is instrumental only and covers a variety of genres. Andy Smith has had a love of music from an early age. He has been playing guitar since the age of 6. His roots started in bluegrass and gospel, until at the age of 10, he got his hands on Lynyrd Skynyrds Second Helping album. His musical path was instantly changed. Loving the southern rock blues sound, he soaked up as much as possible at a young age. By his early twenties, he had pieced together his own recording studio and started messing with the idea of an all instrumental album, with him playing all the instruments. He completed this album in two years by himself, with the exception of the song titled Spit That Out. Spit That Out came from a jam session with two music buddies Chuck Corns on drums and Tom Smith on bass. Andy felt the song was too good not to add it to the album.
