To all my teachers and mentors, you are appreciated and I LOVE YOU. 　　From Jerome Brooks, Jr. 　　 　　Jerome’s new CD MultiGenre Music is now available in physical and online release through CD Baby as well as many other online distributers like iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, SoundExchange, Pandora, Spotify, etc. After the release of his debut CD “Committed” By Jerome in 2007, which can also be purchased on these various sites, he has composed music for the soundtrack to the Musical “Love Happened By Chance” (2011) which is available online. Most recently he contributed additional arrangements for the Off-Broadway Production of Mother Courage and Her Children at Classic Stage Company. He can be seen in the upcoming 2016 Film Finding Her as Neighbor #1 and can be seen as the Principal Jazz Pianist in the Lexus 2014 commercial Starring Gina Torres from the USA Networks TV show Suits. He can be seen in the Commercial and on the cover of the Rock Band 3 Video Game Box as the Keyboard Player (2010). Jerome was Nick Cannon's Stand-In for the 2015 Snapple Commercial and Anthony Mackie’s Stand-In for the film “Shelter” 2014 Starring Jennifer Connelly Directed By Paul Bettany. He can also be seen as Mos Def’s Photo-Double in the film “Life Of Crime” 2013 Starring Jennifer Aniston. He played the Hip Hop Dance Instructor Villian Josh McKee in the film “Art=(Love)2” (2012). Jerome was the Music Director and is the Author and Composer of COMMITTED The Musical, which received a Reading at The Musical Theatre Factory and Emerging Writers Theatre, both Directed By Tony Award Winner Tonya Pinkins. He is a member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, The Dramatists Guild, ASCAP & The Recording Academy as a Voting Member. He holds a BFA Musical Theatre Major/ Classical Piano Minor from Shenandoah Conservatory ’02. He has also performed at Circus Conelli as a Singer/Dancer in Switzerland 2010, Played Piano for Harlem Nights in Japan 2004, & was the Keyboardist & Vocalist with the Black Gospel Singers European Tour in Germany, Austria, & Turkey (2004-05). He is the current Musician for the Youth Choir at Convent Avenue Baptist Church in Harlem under the direction of The Harlem Opera's Professor Dr. Gregory Hopkins.
