Amy Rose has been singing since she was in the first grade. Teachers became aware of her passion for music at that young age and had her sing in all of the school shows. In sixth grade, Amy Rose joined the church folk choir, where she started learning to play the guitar and sing harmonies. She remained in the choir for ten years, the last two as co- director. After high school, Amy purchased her own PA system and started playing solo gigs. It was at this time that she began writing her own material and joined various singer/songwriter's clubs. She recorded her first album of original music at this time. This recording was instrumental in Amy being invited to Nashville to work on a project with Gary Vincent, a successful songwriter and producer. It was quite an experience for Amy Rose as the guys who backed her up were all musicians 　　in internationally known country acts. It was an experience of a lifetime, and Amy learned a lot about recording, mixing, & producing. Back in Pittsburgh, PA, Amy played solo, duo & in many bands. She continued for many years performing and 　　writing and it was time to go back in the studio. She went to the best studio around, Studio L, with the best producer-owner. It took quite a long time and every penny Amy Rose had, but it was worth it! Amy and Rick worked on each song till it was just right. Amy is grateful to all of the musicians that helped her make it so, and to Rick, for his patience and respect. Amy Rose put everything she had into this album and she hopes you enjoy it!
