Press Quotes About Gerry Beaudoin "Gerry Beaudoin is a fine guitarist, composer, and arranger in several idioms. He plays with finesse, taste, and most importantly, a high degree of groove. It was a real pleasure working with Gerry and his trio on his album projects and I look forward to more musical adventures with them in the future. Check them out! ~David Grisman "... Seminal jazz sounds without sounding the least bit dated." ~The Washington Post "...In some circles, the name Gerry Beaudoin conjures up images of a guitar virtuoso who's uncanny ability to bridge musical styles ranks him as the premier New England Jazz Guitarist with a history that is long and legendary." ~ Boston Blues Society "...Gerry can play anything from swing to bop and is one hell of a blues guitarist." ~Duke Robillard "...Hearing and seeing Gerry and his trio at the recording of their CD, Live at the Rendezvous, was like seeing B.B. King meet Benny Goodman. Reunited with his original trio of Don Saviano on fretless electric bass, and Grover Mooney on drums, this set was highly consistent with the high standards Gerry has set for himself in his career." ~A.J. Wachtel, New England Spectrum Magazine "... One of the finest jazz guitarists on the face of the earth, Mr. Gerry Beaudoin." ~ Gene Petit Jazz DJ WICN Public Radio "... Gerry Beaudoin is a fine singer and jazz guitarist. One time which sticks in my mind is at the Ottawa International Jazz Festival. Gerry performed a solo 7-string version of the Garner classic, Misty, which left myself and the crowd of thousands spellbound." Jay Geils ew from the Gerry Beaudoin Trio, Swing Cafe Featuring guest musicians David Grisman, Bucky Pizzarelli, Billy Novick and Duke Robillard.
