The Rocketz are a power rockabilly trio from Southern California. With the recent release of their sophomore release entitled simply, “We Are…” they have been touring the entire western United States. Mixing the essence of traditional rockabilly and roots music with an early 80’s punk rock influence, The Rocketz have been touring since their 2005 debut release of “Rise of the undead”, covering AZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR, TX and WA in the West and NY and FL in the East. They now tour the entire US on a regular basis, so look out for them in a town near you! They have played many hi profile festivals such as Ink and Iron and Musink and have direct supported bands like, The Reverend Horton Heat and Horror Pops. 　　 Tony Slash plays guitar and guides fans and friends on a roller coaster of punk, rock and rockabilly anthems of love, heartbreak, and B-Movie related topics. Sharky Popoca, slaps a mean upright bass, while Anthony Drinkwater holds it all down on the drums. 　　 The Rocketz have a multi-genre fan base and play with extreme energy and their emotions on their sleeve, leaving it all on the stage by the end of their set.
