O/A started in the late 1980s. 　　 　　Between 1988 and 1990, we released a series of homemade cassettes from our headquarters in Rome, Georgia. Filled with experimental noise, found sounds, and punk-inspired tunes, our early recordings embodied the DIY spirit of the era. We were kids who loved Husker Du and hated The Smiths.
