My Name is Joshua Lockett, I am an 18 year old aspiring rapper going by the stage name of "Free*". I started rapping when I was 8 years old in the 3rd grade, and it’s been my goal to spread my music to the masses since then. I have more than a love for music and what it’s all about. I want to work in the music industry long term. The difference between me and other rappers is that I rap to live. I plan to provide for myself and family financially through this gift. The business, in and out of the industry and studio, keeps me on my toes. It feeds my lust for constant, and consistent self progression and promotion. Dealing with music and the entertainment industry is my dream job, and I want to work with it until I die. I honestly plan to spread it to every corner of this planet. I only make music relative to the "Regular" people out there. Though I can reach out and touch any and everyone. I'm more aimed at the "Losers" and people in more unfortunate circumstances. I feel as if my words, -over beat or acapella- can make an impact of unearthly proportions on this hurt country, and far beyond. And i plan to do just that.
