During my career in the music business, I've had the opportunity and pleasure of sharing the stage with many of the country music legends including: Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, Crystal Gayle, George Jones, Barbara Mandrell, Mickey Gilley, Johnny Lee, Freddie Fender, Gene Watson, Billy Crash Craddock, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ray Stevens and many more. 　　 　　In 1986, I had to leave the road for personal reasons, to raise my son. God blessed me with a wife and two more children. My dream of being successful in the music business had to be put on the back burner. I continued to write songs through the years. My decision to record this album came after watching the movie "The Rookie". If you haven't seen it, I urge you to do so. 　　 　　This collection of songs is a collection I've written over the past twenty years. They are among my favorite out of all the songs I've written. From "Small Town Boy, Big Town Dreams", a song I wrote to explain my journey from my start at the age of 9 years old, to my most recent song "The Only Thing Missing Here Is You", I've tried to include a variety of songs. 　　 　　I hope you enjoy them as much as I've enjoyed recording them.
