Inspired by many, but a creation all our own. We are influenced by blues, jazz, hip hop, folk, funk, alternative music, indie music, and it informs the music we write. We are influenced by movies, friends, family, books, good times, bad times, traveling, etc. We write music collaboratively, and often times, the song will change because of a moment that happens when you're deep within the jam. Playing the songs live helps to shape them. It's more of a lifestyle than anything, because you find yourself writing things down, recording things on your phone, playing whatever instruments you can find, just to keep those moments coming.
