Ever since I can remember she has shown huge interest in me and my musical endeavors. From riding in the car with me while I listen to instrumentals over and over, trying to smooth the flow out, to being in the studio with me while I record, Kaedyn was right there. Eventually it came to the point where just listening to my music and watching me make music stopped being enough for her, she wanted to be a part of the music. So overtime I included Kaedyn on a couple of mixtape intros and in a video cameo. Without a doubt the intros and the video were successful, that is when we knew she was ready for the next level – “our own song”. After going thru tons of instrumentals online we finally came across one that fit US. One day at the house with the instrumental playing her question to me was, “Dada what should I rap about?” My response was “rap about your life, what you like to do, and what you want to do”. So after sitting there for a few hours with a pencil and a piece of paper we had it all figured out – it’s the ‘Daddy and The Daughter Song’. Hope you all enjoy it half as much as we enjoyed creating it.
