In 2005, William Calderón started in the music world, a young singer who would come to stay in the nicaraguan music scene. His vocals quality and undeniable charisma, have made him a national singing star. 　　National Live Tours in Nicaragua and constant appearances on television, magazines and other publications are proof of his succes. 　　In 2008 William performed as an opening act for Mexican singer Marco Antonio Solis as well as Myriam Hernandez, both are very famous artists in the latino music market. 　　On May, 2008, The National Congress of the Republic of Nicaragua and the National Artists Association "Rafael Gastón Pérez" awarded William as "Young singer of the year" 　　In 2009 , his album RETRO was released with a great reception from the audience who made 　　"Mi Luna" (first single of RETRO) number one hit in most of the pop radio stations in Nicaragua. 　　In June 2010 he performed in the City of Palm Springs, California. 　　William participated in Exponica 2010 and 2011, Exponica is considered the largest Nicaraguan fair in Florida with daily attendance of 20,000 people. 　　In 2011, William was invited to the Nicaraguan Telethon as a singer and he ventured in the dancing world as member of the cast of the reality show "Dancing for Telethon" 　　In 2012, William participated in the recording of the Nicaraguan Telethon song and videoclip along with others popular musicians from Nicaragua. 　　In 2012 he moved to Madrid, Spain to study a master's degree in Arts and Cultural Management. FASES, his second studio album was released in August, 2014. 　　In FASES, William recorded original songs from popular and talented nicaraguan composers such as Clara Grun, Elsa Basil and Sebastian Cardenal. 　　Silencio Cruel, a duet with her friend Clara Grun, was released as a single in august 2016. 　　"William" is the latest work of the artist: a retrospective album of the original songs he has recorded since he started his music career.
