Solid State (formerly known as Amphetamine Virus) is the Crossbreed/ Hard Electronic project of MDS. He's toured the US Midwest, East Coast and West Coast, all over Japan and regularly tears up underground venues of the Pacific Northwest. Solid State has roc'd parties by Reactionary, Backwards Records NW, Konkrete Jungle, Wrecked, From The Gut, and more. His music is featured on compilations, releases, & distro by Glitch Mode Recordings, Sonic Terror, Lost Compound, Reactionary, D-Trash, KillerCore, Metropolis Records, Faction Digital Records, Spec Ops Recordings, Flatwoods Creative and more. Live sets of his original tracks peppered with remixes of Moshpit, Syphilis Sauna, Rage Against The Machine and more bring parties to hurricane status. MDS played in several industrial bands before going out on his own to pursue making his hectic kind of dance music rooted in Drum N Bass, Metal, Hardcore, and Hip Hop. A member of Digital Hardcore project Black Pill Book, he also makes a new kind of Breakbeat/HipHop music as Unretrofied as well as the Dark Electronic/Dub project NOOTROPIC.
