If this offering is the end result, then he came through the operation in fine form. The songs on Wildest Dreams can lean a little more toward soft pop and rock than country at times. This includes a lot of guitar action on some numbers, but Berry's tenor voice is a powerful match. Both country and pop fans will find plenty to like here with tracks like "Rivers in the Clouds," "Love Is for Giving," "You'll Be in My Heart," "Where Would I Be," and "Salvation."
