"Bus Stop" has a strong ska feel, as does the title track which attempts to capture the same audience that made "My Toot Toot" a big seller. A duet with a male vocalist on "Rockin' Good Way" reveals her vocal limitations; she's more of a talk-singer of novelty, deep soul. Her best vocal performances come on a remake of Bill Withers' popular "Who Is She (and What Is She to You)," "Gonna Getcha Back," and "That's What Love Will Make You Do." Live versions of her two monsters, "Mr. Big Stuff" and "My Toot Toot," are treats. Knight is an excellent entertainer, but an average studio artist, despite the two high-rung hits; a straight live album would likely showcase her gift for entertaining, which isn't as obvious on her studio recordings.
