His second greatest hits collection, for example, found him singing songs from The Sound Of Music, Gypsy, Bye Bye Birdie, and Flower Drum Song. On this compilation, subtitled "Tony's Greatest Broadway Hits," Columbia Records culled those tracks, plus others taken from shows like Bells Are Ringing and Kismet that had been chart singles for Bennett. It's a fair idea, but doesn't make for an essential Bennett release.
