Miss Mary was born Maria Alexandra Florea on the 11th of January 1996, in Bucharest, Romania. At the age of only 15 she has already released three singles and is considered the new Romanian pop sensation. Miss Mary managed to astound important people from the radio and music industry as well as the general public with her powerful voice, her fresh and ahead of time style and an exceptional stage performance. Due to her technically skilled and powerful vocals she is often compared to artists like Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus and JoJo.       Starting taking singing and guitar classes from a young age has lead to her being able to compose her own lyrics, preparing not only her voice, but also her interpretation, stage performance and looks for the upcoming concerts.       “You Don't Love Me”, her debut single received positive critical appreciation with critics complimenting her vocal clarity. The song was nothing like the usual music played on the radio and maybe that is why she managed to get the youth’s attention. Combining pop-rock with electro influences, “You Don’t Love Me“ surprises by an edgy and emotional interpretation.       Miss Mary’s second single, “Open”, managed to receive the attention of the media also and is getting radio and TV airplay on the major stations. It reached the 8th place in Media Forest, the top of the most air-played songs. The video, Miss Mary’s first music video of her music career, was released exclusively on MTV Romania.       In 2011 Miss Mary released the third single “Battlefield of love” and her first official remix of the single.       At the beginning of 2012 Miss Mary participated at national selection for Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Rollin’ ”produced by the prodution duo FlyinState (F.Charm & Pol) together with Chucho and Xonia. Miss Mary also involved herself in the production of the song.       In April 2012 Miss Mary released his single entitled “I Hate Ya”, a dance track with R&B influences that makes her distinctive voice really shine. The single is accompanied by a video about all the horrible pain and loneliness that comes with the end of a relationship. Miss Mary plays her role memorable and gives a lot of emotions.       In July 2012 she released the single “Luna” (eng. The Moon), a song full of emotion which transmits a positive vibe, despite the melancholy lyrics.
