Dj Mshega - Linda Hlatshwayo (the winner of SABC1’s talent show, 1’s and 2’s) is one of Ekurhuleni’s most popular DJ, producer he started DJing in his teens. After matriculating he went on to study audio engineering. He quickly established himself within the club scene around his home town, Ekurhuleni. In 2009 Dj Clock was intrigued by the young man’s ambition and potential in music production that he took him under his wing as an in-house producer for AM-PM Productions. There, his skills were honed and further developed and his passion for music production grew stronger. In the year 2012 after featuring on a number of productions for various leading artists including RJ Benjamin and Brick, he felt it was time to share some of his own offerings, this lead to the online release of His EP “Bless The Floor” which featured the hit song “Walking This Road”. His talent, creativity, and perseverance have lead him to further work with musicians such DJ Terrance, DJ Clock , Dj Tira ,Bantu Soul, Mlu , Radio & Weasel (BET Awards Nominee from Uganda), Big Nuz, Blackmotion and many others. Dj Mshega has also PERFORMED at the 2014 FACT DURBAN ROCKS and at major venues and festivals in the country and around the SADC region sharing the stage with a lengthy list of the region’s heavy weights, the likes of Mi Casa , Heavy K ,AKA, Casper Nyovest , K.O , Big Nuz , Shimza , Black Coffee, and Lulo Café including. Nobody brings the beat back like Dj Mshega.
