Jaten Collin Dimsdale, also known pseudonymously as Teddy Swims, is an American singer-songwriter, whose music blends genres including R&B, soul, country, and pop. He originally attracted fans through his cover performances on his YouTube channel, and his third extended play "Tough Love" (2022), became his first solo music to enter the US Billboard 200. 　　Swims rose to prominence in 2023, after his single "Lose Control", topped the music charts and reached the top ten across Europe including the US and UK. It is considered as his breakout single as a artist. It was preceded by the release of his debut studio album I've Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1), which reached the top ten in Australia and Netherlands. In 2024, he was named at MTV's "Push Artist of February".
