Badfinger 的成员 Pete Ham(主唱、吉他手)、Tom Evans(贝斯手)、Joey Molland(吉他手)、Mike Gibbons(鼓手)。Badfinger 在1968年与Apple Records 签约之前以Iveys 团名在Liverpool 起步。由于Apple Records公司是Beatles 投资的唱片公司，因此Badfinger与Beatles的成员关系非常好，他们的第一支单曲即由Paul McCartney作词作曲制作的 “Come And Get It”，其它合作的还有与George Harrison的”All Thing Must Pass”；与Ringo Strr的”It Don’t Come Easy”； 与John Lennon的”Imagine”。
