Melanie Fontana is a more than triple-platinum songwriter/vocalist signed to Universal Music Publishing & David Foster. Originally from Connecticut by way of NYC, she currently resides in Los Angeles. She has placed songs with Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, DJ Mustard, The Band Perry, Girls Generation, Shawn Hook, F(x), Astrid S, Kumi Koda & more. Melanie has closely collaborated with artists such as Will-i-Am, CL, Afrojack, The Chainsmokers, Daya, Meghan Trainor, The Veronicas, Dia Frampton, Jake Miller, Nick & Aaron Carter, TLC, Greyson Chance, Christina Millian, Simple Plan, Jordan Knight & Lady Antebellum. She has worked extensively with producers Ron Fair, Dj Mustard, Howard Benson, Rodney Jerkins, The Cateracts and Danja, to name a few. Melanie is the writer and vocalist of DJ tyDi’s "Redefined", which went Top 10 in Billboard during April 2015 & became Mediabase's #1 dance crossover, as well as the #1 song in 2015 on Sirius/XM radio’s “BPM”. DJ John Dahlback features Melanie’s writing and vocals on “Fireflies". She was the writing consultant for Norwegian Idol in Oslo, Norway in 2013 and penned "Hit Me Up" for their 2014 Eurovision finalist, Charlie. Melanie recently worked closely with the producers and penned songs for Korea’s "Mnet” TV’s 2016 “Produce 101” show.  　　Melanie is a voice over actor and is the vocalist for Nickelodeon’s “Shimmer and Shine”.
