Chancha Via Circuito aka Buenos Aires producer ‘Pedro Canale’ was not a name for me until I listened to the stream of his new album ‘Rio Arriba’. Overwhelmed by the beauty and the diverseness of his tracks I couldn’t even think about to blog something like this, it just sounded so exclusive and different from what I listened in the last months.
n this second album of him, featuring seven originals along with four remixes, he is melting contemporary electronic music with the world of Cumbia, letting forget the time in a journey without borders. The album is only available in Argentina at the moment, but if you can catch him in north america, do it. Unfortunately there are no dates for europe right now. Check out also his recent podcast for XLR8R here and more of ZZK Records here!
