Enigmatic mononymous Canadian artist Lewis is known for his sole 1983 album, L'Amour. Originally discovered in an Edmonton, Alberta flea market and shared online by rare LP enthusiasts, L'Amour is a spare pop album of synth and acoustic guitar featuring Lewis' half-lidded, Bryan Ferry-esque croon. The album became something of an Internet phenomenon and resulted in wild speculation as to who Lewis was and what became of him.
