Radio 1’s nationwide search for a new superstar DJ caught the discerning eye of Danny, whose skills rocketed him into the finals. Following an intense week of eliminations in all matter of DJ based tasks enforced by the Radio 1 team; Danny held his place seeing off the competition one by one. The live deck-to-deck final saw Danny take the glory, the title and the prize of joining Radio 1 in Ibiza, at the legendary Ushuaïa Beach Hotel. His debut performance won over the Ibiza crowds and resulted in Danny bagging himself a two-hour set at Space that very

Growing in popularity with the Radio 1 team and listeners, Danny reported on behalf of the station from ‘Creamfields’, proving his talents on air stretch further than just the decks.
