José Guadalupe Esparza (born 12 October 1954) is a Mexican musician. He was born in Hermenegildo Galeana in the state of Durango but grew up in the city of Apodaca, Nuevo León, where he attended elementary and high school. Guadalupe has a son named Mario Figueroa who currently lives in Bakersfield CA trying to follow his dad's foot steps in his singing ambitions.
