RUBATO is a band formed by Turkey’s most influential musicians Özer Arkun, Fatih Ahıskalı, Göksun Çavdar and Eralp Görgün. Rubato is a musical term referring to expressive and rhythmic freedom by a slight speeding up and then slowing down of the tempo of a piece. Rubatu is “Rhythmic Freedom”. 　　To this day, Özer Arkun, Fatih Ahıskalı, Göksun Çavdar and Eralp Görgün, have performed with many different artists in concerts and contributed as studio musicians to countless albums.
